Overview

Any commercial establishment's success is determined by how streamlined and convenient the payment infrastructure is. Lack of flexibility and adaptability can quickly turn customers away, leading to monumental losses. Keeping this in mind, Zeta Express® has integrated a wide range of payment methods that customers can choose from - online as well as offline. Based on your requirement, you can provide one or multiple payment methods to your customer. Below are the available modes currently offered:

Cash Card

Cash Card is Zeta's digital wallet and the easiest way for your customers to pay for their orders. Payments using Cash Card are safe, swift and easy. Ask your customers to recharge their Cash Cards frequently to ensure smooth and successful transactions at the time of ordering.

Super Card

Card-based payment is the most popular alternative to cash and widely accepted. If your cafeteria accepts debit cards, encourage your customers to use Zeta Super Card - a prepaid card with all the benefits of a regular debit card, but equipped with advanced features to make transactions easy and secure. With Super Card, cardholders enjoy features such as:

  • SuperPIN: Dynamically generated PIN valid only for a single transaction.
  • swipe2pay: No more remembering and entering OTPs.
  • LocationShied: Super Card will only work near the cardholder.
  • Easy management: Card can be managed anywhere, anytime using Zeta App.

Super Tag

Contactless technology is a popular payment method in places where organizations don't allow external modes of payment. Super Tag is a one-tap contactless payment method, based on the Near-field communication (NFC) technology. The solution consists of an NFC-enabled sticker (called Super Tag) which the customers can attach to any of their belongings (wallet, phone, ID card, keychain). To initiate payment, they simply have to tap the Super Tag on the NFC reader. Notifications regarding the transaction are sent to you as well as your customer. More information regarding the payment procedure is available here.

Using Super Tag:

  • The maximum amount per tag /per store allowed is ₹ 200.
  • The maximum amount per store allowed is ₹ 4000.
*These values can be customized as per requirement.

Super ID

Super ID, also a one-tap contactless payment method, is based on the Radio-frequency identification technology (RFID) - the same technology used by office access cards. Essentially, Zeta's payment functionality is integrated into the employee's existing office ID, and the card starts operating like a payment instrument. Employee places (or taps) the Super ID on the merchant's RFID reader and payment is completed instantly. Just like Super Tag, payment with Super ID is instant, works offline and without a PIN.

QR Code

QR Code is a popular online payment method nowadays. Completely contactless, this method is quicker than the conventional modes of payment like cash or electronic cards. In this method, the customer scans the code (a two-dimensional barcode) present at the cafeteria using Zeta App, enters the amount and makes the payment with just a swipe. QR code is also used by Zeta Express® Kiosk model. More information regarding the payment procedure is available here.

Shop ID

In this online contactless payment method, a unique identifier (called Shop ID) is assigned to your establishment by Zeta. You can either share the Shop ID with your customer for each transaction or put it on display to save time. The customer then enters the Shop ID in Zeta App and makes the payment. More information regarding the payment procedure is available here.

Zeta Code

Zeta Code is a one-of-a-kind contactless method devised to provide a quick, safe and easy way to make payments. In the Zeta App, the customer has to tap and hold to generate a unique code. You can then use this code to accept payment.

Zeta Code works in both online and offline mode and doesn't require any external components like tags, IDs or readers. This mode of payment is highly secure as the code is valid only for two minutes, hence can't be misused. More information regarding the payment procedure is available here.

In online mode, a six-digit code is generated, whereas a nine-digit code is generated for offline mode.
