The Optima fuel & travel card is a digital card designed to help corporates to manage fuel and conveyance expenses program. Organisation can issue fuel & travel cards to disburse various fuel and travel related allowances to employees electronically. These allowances are fuel recharge, car hire, car maintenance or insurance, business travel or transfer cost, and daily expenditures on business tour. There is a digital card designed to help corporates to manage fuel and conveyance expenses program. The entire program is flexible and can be customized to suit your organisation's policy. For example in order to issue a prepaid card, HR need to load currency into the employee’s fuel card for their fuel expenses every month based on the company’s policy. An employee can redeem fuel cards against fuel purchase, car servicing, car maintenance, and car hire to save income tax.

Zeta doesn’t own any tax accounting responsibility on corporate conveyance allowances against fuel expenses. Zeta recommends organizations to adhere to the IT guidelines to deal with both conveyance allowance and reimbursement of fuel expenses.
