As per RBI regulations, you can receive up to Rs. 10,000 per gift instrument. For gifts exceeding the limit, the recipients can be issued with the same instrument for the remaining amount.
Non-reloadable gift instruments (Digital Gift Cards, Physical Gift Cards and Brand Vouchers) cannot be used for cash withdrawals.
Zeta SpotGiftingGifting gift cards and vouchers are prepaid instruments and cannot be used as credit cards.

Installing and configuring Zeta App

Zeta App is your central hub for all SpotGifting related tasks.

Download and install the latest version from Google Play (Android) or App Store (iOS).
Configure your Zeta App .

Note

Zeta App is only required for activating gift cards and tracking expenditures, not for sending gifts.

Creating Zeta user account

A Zeta user account gives you access to all the Zeta SpotGifting services. Also, when you contact HDFC support for help, you will need your user account details to identify yourself.

Zeta provides two methods to create a new account:

Zeta App for smartphones. See Setting Up a User or an Employee Account.
Zeta Single Sign-on for web browsers. See below:

Go to SpotGifting Dashboard
At the top-right, click Sign Up .
Enter your mobile number (10 digits) or email ID and click Next.
Enter the Zeta verification code sent to your entered mobile number or email ID and click Verify.

Use Resend OTP option in case you haven't received the code. Click Request by Call to receive a call back with your verification code.
Enter your name and set a Zeta password and re-enter the same password to confirm.
Click Done.
