Overview

This article walks you through issuing Gift Cards and related tasks. You will learn about:

SpotGifting currently supports payment from HDFC Debit Cards and NetBanking only.

Before you begin

Zeta user account is required to access SpotGifting Dashboard. If not done already, create your account before proceeding.

Send Digital Gift Cards

Go to SpotGifting Dashboard.
At the top-right, click Sign In .
Select the occasion to send a Digital Gift Card for. The Occasions section displays the most popular occasions. To view the complete list, click View all. You can also use the Search bar provided to find the appropriate occasion.

If your occasion is not listed here, you can send a Brand Voucher or a Physical Gift Card.
In the Digital Gift Card section, click Send Now. To select a different occasion, click Change occasion.
On the left side of the screen, select a template for the card. This template will be visible as the card design in the beneficiary's Zeta App.
On the right side, enter the recipient details including the recipient name, email, mobile number, gift amount, schedule date and click Next.
- Click View Email Preview to view how the beneficiary email would look like.
- Using Add Recipient, you can add upto 25 recipients in a single Digital Gift Card order.
Select the mode of payment:
1. To pay using HDFC NetBanking, click Pay and follow the on-screen instructions.
2. To pay using HDFC Debit Card, enter your debit card details and click Next .

On successful payment, a confirmation regarding the order is displayed.

Click Send Another Gift to send more Digital Gift Cards.
Details of your past orders are available under Order History. See Viewing Order History.

Send Digital Brand Vouchers

Go to SpotGifting Dashboard.
At the top-right, click Sign In.
To make a purpose for the gift, choose something relevant from Occasions. For example, gift your brother wishing him a Happy Birthday. You can also choose any brand directly if you wish to send brand voucher or if you don't find a preferred occasion to start with.
Go to Digital Brand Voucher and click Send Now. To select a different occasion, click Change occasion.
Enter the recipient details including the recipient name, email, gift amount, schedule date and click Next.

Click View Email Preview to view what the beneficiary email would look.
Select the mode of payment:
1. To pay using HDFC NetBanking, click Pay and follow the on-screen instructions.
2. To pay using HDFC Debit Card, enter your debit card details and click Next.

On successful payment, confirmation regarding the order is displayed.

Digital Brand Vouchers come with a discount. For a Voucher with 0.5% discount, you need to pay 0.5% less of the original value.

Click Send Another Gift to send more Gifts in the form of Digital Brand Vouchers.
You can view details of your past orders under Order History. See Viewing Order History.

Send Physical Gift Cards

Go to SpotGifting Dashboard.
At the top-right, click Sign In.
To make a purpose for the gift, choose something relevant from Occasions. For example, gift your brother wishing him a Happy Birthday.
Go to Physical Gift Card and click Send Now. To select a different occasion, click Change occasion.
Fill in the recipient details including recipient name, email, mobile number, gift amount, schedule date and click Next.

Using Add Recipient, you can add upto 25 recipients in a single Digital Gift Card order.
Enter the address for the Physical Gift Card to be delivered and click Next.
Pincode not serviceable

We deliver Physical Gift Cards to all the major locations in India, and are adding new ones regularly. If your address is not serviceable, try our Digital Gift Cards—they are easy to send and delivered instantly. See Send a Digital Gift Card.
Select the mode of payment:
1. To pay using HDFC NetBanking, click Pay and follow the on-screen instructions.
2. To pay using HDFC Debit Card, enter your debit card details and click Next.

On successful payment, confirmation regarding the order is displayed.

The Physical Gift Card will be delivered to the beneficiary in 8-10 working days.

Click Send Another Gift to send more Gifts in the form of Physical Gift Card.

View Order History

Go to SpotGifting Dashboard.
At the top-right, click Sign In.
From any tab (All, Occasions, Brands) click any occasion or brand.
At the top-right, click your Profile and then Order History.

All your past orders and their details such as order statuses, Order ID, order amount, scheduled date and so on are displayed here.

To send another gift, click Send Gift. This will take you back to dashboard home.
