SpotGifting program is a digital solution for disbursing gift amount via prepaid Gift Card. A prepaid Gift Card is a financial instrument which can be preloaded with a designated amount in rupees for subsequent use as per cardholder’s requirement. You will receive this gift amount in your Zeta account and the amount can be spent via the Gift Card or the Zeta App. With the Gift Card, you can make payments across all stores and websites to purchase items. This programme’s policy is administered and governed by the issuer.
A Gift Card is sent to you by the purchaser to help you spend your gift money for the purchase of items of your choice from a store/website as per your convenience.

You can use your Gift Card the way you want - either opt for multiple purchases or use it at one go.
No, you cannot club SpotGifting Card with other cards.

No, there are no charges on Digital Gift Cards or Brand Vouchers. In fact, we offer exciting discounts on Brand Voucher orders.
The View Email Preview option displays the sample activation email sent to the recipient to claim the gift card.
No, the activation email is not customizable.
Physical Gift Card: The PIN can be set during the claim process after clicking on the activation email. See Set your Physical Gift Card PIN.
Digital Gift Card: No need to set PIN. Use the dynamically generated Super PIN provided on Zeta App.
Gift orders, once sent, cannot be canceled.
Such cases are rare. The money will be automatically reverted to your account in 5-7 business days. However, if you encounter any such issues, kindly contact the HDFC support team and we will help you with your query.
Issuance Limits
You can send gifts to a maximum of 25 recipients in a single order. In the case of more recipients, you will have to create a separate order.
No, the recipient doesn’t need to be KYCed for receiving the gift. However, the issuer needs to be KYCed for sending the gift to someone.
The issuer can gift a maximum amount of INR 1,00,000 in a day, spread across single or multiple beneficiaries. The maximum value of per prepaid gift instrument shall not exceed INR 10,000.

Physical Gift Cards
No. For each order, you can send Physical Gift Cards to one address only. In case of multiple addresses, you will have to create separate orders, one for each new address.

GST: 18% of card plus shipping cost

A Zeta account gives you access to various SpotGifting features like logging into Zeta App, keeping track of gift spends, changing PIN and many more. To create a Zeta account, see Getting Started.
For Gift Cards to reflect in your Zeta account, follow these steps:
- Claim your gift using the activation email sent to you.
- Sign in to Zeta App or Zeta on Web using the same credentials.
Start by instantly blocking your card via the Zeta App. To request for a card replacement, you can raise a request via the Zeta App, or simply contact HDFC support. A new card will be chargeable to the user.
You can swipe your card to buy anything at all card accepting stores, websites or via popular brand stores on the Zeta App. Swipe your card at restaurants, cafes, petrol pumps, supermarkets and many more outlets.
No, as per regulatory policy you cannot withdraw the gift amount available in your Gift Card.
No, you can only use the Zeta App to set your static four-digit card PIN or you can also generate a dynamic Super PIN using the Zeta App for every new transaction.
Yes. You can view your card balance at HDFC Bank ATM with applicable charges. You can use the Zeta App to view card balance at no added cost.
Digital Brand Vouchers
Partial or full redemption of a Brand Voucher depends on the T&C of the respective brands.

Yes, you can use Digital Brand Vouchers without creating a Zeta user account.
Digital Gift Cards
