Payment Related
You can pay using the Zeta App or Zeta Super Card to both Zeta affiliated (online and offline mode) and non-affiliated merchants. You can also use the Super Card for an online payment and use Zeta SuperPIN when you’re prompted for OTP or password.

You can transfer money and pay your expense using:
- Phone number
- Bank Account
- Zeta Code
- Shop ID
- QR Code
You can use Zeta Code, Shop ID, and QR Code only for paying to Zeta affiliated merchants.

- Open Zeta App.
- Tap Pay/Send and then tap Phone No.
- Tap Select Contact or search contact from your phone book or enter the phone number.
- Enter the amount and then tap Transfer Now.
You receive the amount into your Zeta Cash Card instantly with a confirmation message in the inbox and a SMS notification as well.
Zeta recommends you to select Add as a beneficiary option during Zeta Phone Transfer or Zeta Bank Transfer. As per RBI, your overall fund transfer limit cannot exceed ₹10,000 per month to unregistered contacts or bank accounts. Adding them as a beneficiary increases your limit to ₹1 lakh.
- Open Zeta App.
Tap Pay/Send > Bank A/c.
Search your bank in the search window. Alternately, select the bank from the Popular Bank list or from recent transactions entries.
Enter the Recipient Name and Account number.
Enter the amount and then tap Transfer Now.
You can pay to a Zeta-affiliated merchant using Zeta Code, QR Code and Shop ID. A payment confirmation message is displayed on your app screen along with the inbox and SMS notification.
- Open Zeta App.
- Tap Pay/Send > Zeta Code.
- Tap and hold the circled area that displays the Zeta Code.
- A six-digit code is displayed when you’re online. Otherwise, a nine-digit code is displayed in offline mode. Share this code with the merchant to initiate the payment.
Merchant first enters the amount and then should enter the Zeta Code in the Zeta POS console.
- Open Zeta App.
Tap Pay/Send and then tap QR Code.
Tap Shop ID.
Select Shop ID from the saved entries. Otherwise, enter the Zeta-affiliated merchant's Shop ID.
Enter the amount and then tap Swipe to Pay.
Open Zeta App.
Tap Pay/Send > QR Code and then capture the QR code.

Yes, you can receive funds from both mobile users or bank account using Accept Money option in Zeta App.

Tap Accept Money from hamburger menu.
- Tap From Mobile Phone.
- Share your mobile number with others to accept funds in your Zeta Account.
- Alternately, generate and share your Store ID, a unique short code that belongs to you. This is useful when you deal with an unknown contact and don't want to share your mobile number.
Yes. Zeta supports both online and offline payment mechanisms. You can pay in offline mode using Zeta Super Card, Super Tag, Super ID, QR code, Shop ID, and Zeta Code.
- Open Zeta App.
- Tap Passbook.
- Select the card.
All the transaction details are listed into All, Spends, Received tabs.
- Open Zeta App.
- Tap Passbook.

Tap on the icon and then select the Time Period.

Cash Card
Cash Card is your personal e-wallet for any offline or online transactions. The amount can be used if you run short of credits in your corporate cards, and where your corporate cards are not applicable. You can load your Cash Card by the means of secure banking transfer. For example, net-banking or credit/debit cards.
You can perform the following actions using Cash Card window:
- Add money to your Zeta Account.
- Transfer money to any bank account.
- Transfer money to phone number.
- Receive money.
- View transaction of your Cash Card.
- Pause Cash Card or pause all other benefit cards.
- Open Zeta App.
- Tap Add Money or go to Add Money option from hamburger menu.
- Tap Add via Debit card.
- Enter the Card Number, Expiry Date, and Security Code and proceed.
- Open Zeta App.
- Tap Add Money or go to Add Money option from hamburger menu.
- Tap Add viaNet Banking.
- Search your bank in the search window. Alternately, select the bank from the Popular Bank list or from recent transactions entries.
- Enter the amount and proceed.
It takes you to respective banking sites, use your credentials to complete the transfer.

- Tap Add Money or go to Add Money option from hamburger menu.
Tap Add via IMPS.
Your Account Details is generated using your mobile number and IFSC code. You can add your Zeta Account under the beneficiary/payee list on your online banking portal from where you are going to transfer money to Cash Card using IMPS transfer option.
- Enter the amount and proceed.
- Open Zeta App.
- Tap Add Money or go to Add Money option from hamburger menu.
Tap Add via UPI.
- Enter your UPI ID and Proceed.
