Overview

Zeta platform offers a simple and convenient way to pay utility bills such as mobile, data and DTH bills. You can instantly recharge your prepaid and postpaid plans for all major mobile and data operators, for example, Vodafone, Reliance, Airtel, Idea, Aircel, Tata Docomo and others. Remember that you are connected to internet and have sufficient funds in Zeta cards.

Utility bill payments are processed using the corporate communication card first, otherwise it uses the funds from the cash card in case there is no or less funds in communication card. Hence, ensure that you've sufficient funds in your Zeta cash card during utility bill payments to avoid payment failure.

Recharge Datacard

  1. Open the Zeta app interface in your smart phone

  2. From the Apps tab, navigate to Shops > Recharges & Bill Payments > Datacard option. This opens the data recharge page.

  3. Select the plan type as prepaid or postpaid. For prepaid plan, navigate to PLANS to choose the plans available from your operators.
     
  4. Specify the datacard number, operator type and amount
  5. Click Instant Recharge to confirm the recharge

Recharge Mobile Phone

  1. Open the Zeta app interface in your smart phone

  2. From the Apps tab, navigate to Shops > Recharges & Bill Payments > Mobile option. This opens the mobile recharge page.

  3. Select the plan type as prepaid or postpaid. For prepaid plan, navigate to PLANS to choose the plans available from your operators.

  5. Click Instant Recharge to confirm the recharge

With you Zeta cash card, you’ve completed datacard and mobile recharge. A confirmation message is displayed on your app screen along with the inbox notification.
