To avail tax benefit on their gadget purchases, you must upload photos of bills from the Zeta Mobile App or Zeta Web App. Employer reimburse the amount into the employee’s Cash Card after reviewing and approving the uploaded bills by you.The employer can then reimburse the amount into the employee’s Cash Card.

If you upload bill's amount is more than the amount present in asset card, in that case you will get reimbursement of the amount present in the cad for that month and balanced amount will be kept pending. As soon as HR adds funds for the next month, the balance amount is processed. 

Once the bill uploaded by the you gets approved, an equivalent value of money will be debited from your pool account into your Cash Card. 

To Upload  a Bill

  1. Open the Zeta App Interface on your phone.
  2. From Cards tab, navigate to ASSET CARD.
  3. Click the Upload Bills option.
  4. Either take a photo of the bill or choose a photo of a existing bill.
  5. Enter the amount of your purchase in Enter Amount Spent field and click Submit Bill.
  6. Finally, click Ok to complete uploading bill.
