Overview

Zeta is committed to maximize your income tax benefits electronically, thus, leaving your worries of dealing physical bills and invoices manually. In this effort, Zeta's digital asset card allows you to upload online invoices or photos of gadget purchase bills via Zeta App interface. Zeta verifies and approves the asset bills for income tax benefit.

In case you've paid your gadget purchase with other payment instruments, Zeta team verifies the uploaded bill and transfers an equivalent value of money from your asset card to the cash card post successful verification.

You can also upload bills that exceed your monthly limit as set by your organization. This is also true when your asset card is running short of funds and in this case, you will receive the exceeded claimed amount in the following months.

For example, if your monthly asset limit is Rs. 5000/- and a gadget bill of Rs. 15,000/- claimed in the month of April would be reimbursed in the following manner - an equal installment of Rs. 5000/- each in the month of April, May and June provided your April quota is unused. 

To Upload a Bill

  1. Open the Zeta App Interface in your smart phone.
  2. From the Home tab, click on the cards section. Tap on the Asset Card > Upload Bills option.
  3. Take a photo of your invoice using Camera option or browse to the image folder using Gallery and select the image, and then proceed to the next
     

    Zeta supports upload of the multiple images. You can capture multiple snaps of a lengthy travel documents and also upload the same using the "Add more" feature.

  4. Enter the amount of your purchase in Enter Amount Spent field.
  5. Finally, save the entries for verification by Zeta team.

You’ve completed the process of uploading the gadget expense documents. A confirmation message is displayed on your app screen. Alternately, you can see the asset claim notifications in your Zeta app under the Inbox tab. You would periodically receive the inbox cards on the status of your asset claim be it processed, approved or declined with valid reasons.
