 What is Zeta Asset Card?

The Zeta Asset  Card is a digital solution that allows you easily and quickly process your asset or gadget purchase claims. You can view and use your Zeta Asset Card via the Zeta App or Zeta on Web platform.

 What are the benefits of Zeta Asset Card?
  1. Provides both online and offline payment option.
  2. Provides the option of paying by any denomination.
  3. Eliminates the need for manual bill submission.
  4. Eliminates the process of storing and procuring bills.
  5. Provides a secure and effortless way to use and redeem asset card's balance.
  6. Provides premium customer support.
 How do I get Zeta Asset card?

Your company should sign up with us and choose to offer Zeta Asset Reimbursements as an employee tax benefit. Your Zeta Asset Card is credited every month or as per your organisation policy,  which you can access via the Zeta app or Zeta on Web platform.

 Who will credit my Zeta Asset Card?

Your employer will credit your Zeta Asset Card during monthly payout.

 What to do if I haven't received my Zeta Asset Card?

Ensure that your employer has updated valid phone number or email ID in the transfer order file. Visit  Zeta support for more assistance.

 Can I club the other cards with my Zeta Asset Card to buy assets?

No, the value is preset and cannot be topped up. You can make use of your Zeta Cash Card or Zeta Gift Card money if purchase amount is exceeding the asset card funds. However, you can only claim tax benefits on approved asset card funds.

 How do I get my Zeta Asset credits regularly?

Since your employer provides you the Zeta Asset credits against your email ID or phone number, ensure that your email ID or phone number is verified to get the Zeta Asset credits regularly.

 How is my Zeta Asset credits calculated when I join a company mid-year?

You can opt for Asset Reimbursements any time in a year, provided your company policies allow it. Your reimbursements for the period will be calculated as per guidelines set by your organisation.

 What happens to the unused grants in my Zeta Asset Card?

Note that all your reimbursement instruments get closed after every financial year end (effective 20th March'18) and the following settlements are done for any outstanding balance in your cards and the amount stuck in your holding account:

  1. Any remaining amount can either be transferred in full to your Cash Card and appropriate tax deductions can be made while processing payroll or the remaining amount could be recalled and credited as part of your payroll, after making appropriate deductions, as per your company's policy.
  2. Any claim uploaded and approved but the amount not reimbursed into the cash card due to non-compliance with the KYC or PPI limit is paid to you as a part of your monthly salary with no tax deductions.

Legal and Compliance

 Is Zeta Asset Card legally compliant?

Yes. Zeta Asset Card is 100% compliant with Income Tax Act and Information Technology Act. To know more, refer to Where does Zeta stand?

 What is the validity for Zeta Asset Card?

The Zeta Asset Card valid for one financial year. It can be extendable by your organisation, if you opt for it.

 Is Zeta Asset Card fully tax-exempt?

You can avail full income tax benefit on the purchase of electronic gadgets such as laptops and computers. Other movable gadget claims are taxable perquisites and you pay a tax of 10% of original cost of the asset according to IT rules.

Usage

 How can I claim reimbursements on Asset expenses?
  1. Receive a Zeta asset card from your HR.
  2. Pay your asset expenses to merchants (offline or online) using the Zeta app and Zeta Super Card.
  3. Upload the valid and legible bill of your purchase.
 How can I pay for purchases via Zeta Asset Card?

You can use Zeta Asset Card via the following Zeta payment tools:

  1. Zeta Super Card®, a Rupay or Mastercard-powered physical card.
  2. Zeta app on your Android, Windows or iOS smartphones using "Buy on Amazon" option (organisations may choose their favourite e-commerce portals) in your Zeta Asset card . To know more, refer to Buy Gadgets.
 Where can I use Zeta Asset Card?

You can use your Zeta Asset Card for purchasing any gadgets online through the Zeta app and the Mastercard- or RuPay-powered Zeta Super Card®. You can also purchase assets / gadgets using "Buy on Amazon" option in your Zeta Asset card.

 What happens to unused claim in Zeta Asset Card?

Any unclaimed amount in a fiscal year would be treated as a taxable income and you receive the leftover amount at the end of the financial year. Contact your HR for more details.

 What happens if I submit a bill higher than the Zeta Asset Card limit?

If your asset bill exceeds the monthly limit (as per company rules), you will receive the exceeded claimed amount (lien balance) in the following or next months.

 Do I get notifications about usage of Zeta Asset Card?

Yes. Zeta platform supports the following notifications:

  1. Inbox (In-App) Notifications - Notifications under Inbox tab in your Zeta app.
  2. Email Notifications - Notifications directed to your registered email ID.

Bill Submission

 How do I upload my bills?
  1. Open the Zeta app and locate Asset Card.
  2. Click on the Upload Bill option.
  3. Click photos or upload pictures of the bills.
  4. Enter the amount.
  5. Submit your claim.

 Can I upload a bill from the last financial year?

No. Only bills from the current financial year will be accepted.

 Can I upload multiple bills at a time?

Yes. Zeta provides both multiple bill upload and lengthy bill upload features. For more details, refer to  Upload Gadget Bills.

 Do I need to keep a physical copy of the bill?

You need not keep a physical copy of bills unless your company wants you to do so.

 In whose name the bills should be submitted?

Ensure that bill is issued in your name, and the address mentioned as your organisation location. This is mandatory to avail tax benefits.
