The Zeta Meal Voucher program is a digital corporate benefit solution that allows you to process your meal expenses easily and quickly. The program is a simple and paperless solution - a unique alternative to decade-old paper voucher system. These digital vouchers offer a better employee experience since you take advantage of Zeta app and super card for your meal expenses. The important fact is you leave your worries of losing and storing physical vouchers forever as Zeta accompanies you with an innovative digital payment capabilities.

Install the Zeta app on your smartphone from app store. To download and configure Zeta app, see Setting up a User or an Employee Account.

Useful Facts

  • As per IT rule, an organisation can offer tax benefit to employees on their meal expenses that are transacted through paid voucher, a non-transferable instrument.

  • You can initiate meal payments to both Zeta-affiliated (online and offline mode) and non-affiliated meal merchants.

  • To avail the meal reimbursement, you must upload meal expenses in the Zeta App interface when you transact using other valid visa card, master card or purchase by cash.

  • The meal reimbustment is not applicable to alcoholic beverages.

Before You Begin

Ensure the following:

  • You’ve received a digital Zeta meal voucher from your corporate HR. Note that your email ID must be verified to receive the meal credits if vouchers are issued on your email ID.

  • You've secured your account to gain access against unauthorized access and during reinstall.

  • You’ve appropriate balance in your meal or super cards to initiate payment through Zeta platform and to avoid transaction declined error.

  • You’ve appropriate balance in your meal voucher to claim your expenses by uploading meal bills.

How Meal Voucher Flow Works?

The Zeta Meal Vouchers programme provides a simple workflow to process your meal expenses. All you need to do is:

  1. Receive a Zeta meal vouchers from your corporate HR.

  2. Pay your meal expenses to merchants using the Zeta app or Zeta Super Card or Zeta Super Tag.

  3. Using the Zeta app, upload the valid and legible bill for approval in case you paid your meal using any other valid visa/mastercard or in cash.

That’s all. Your claim would be processed in one business day post successful verification.

Using the Zeta Meal Interface

The Zeta meal voucher provides an intuitive interface that allows you to perform ranges of meal voucher tasks electronically, for example, pay the meal expenses and uploading the meal bill for claim approval. The important thing to remember is you upload the meal bills only when you transact using any other valid visa/mastercard or in cash and not with Zeta instruments.
