This article explains how to use Physical Gift Cards and related tasks, using the Zeta App. You will learn about:
Activating Physical Gift Cards
Your Zeta SpotGifting Physical Gift Card needs to be activated before you start using it.
Keep your Physical Gift Card handy before proceeding.
- Open the mail sent from Zeta. Click Activate Gift Card.
- Enter your OTP and click Verify OTP.
- Enter your Gift Card details, set a PIN for the card and click Proceed.
- Your SpotGifting Card is now activated and ready to be used. To verify, open your Zeta App or sign in to Zeta on Web
using the same credentials.
The activated Physical Gift Card appears as a Cloud Card. Tap the Card Stack in your Zeta App.
Using Physical Gift Cards
There are various ways to enjoy your SpotGifting Physical Gift Card.
- For online transactions, select debit card as payment mode. Enter the gift card details to complete the transaction.
- For offline transactions, swipe the card at the merchant's EDC machine and enter the PIN. The transaction gets completed on successful verification.
Viewing Physical Gift Card expenditures
Zeta App lets you easily track all your SpotGifting Digital Gift Card expenditures.
Prerequisites
Please ensure that the following prerequsites are met before proceeding:
- Zeta App is installed and configured.
- You can use the same Zeta user account to claim the gift.

- Open Zeta App.
- Select the Physical Gift Cloud Card from the Card Stack.
- Tap View Transactions.
All your Physical Gift Card transactions are displayed here. To view more details, tap an individual transaction.
