Useful facts

  • In case of reloadable rewards, KYC is mandatory for unlimited transfer.
  • As per RBI regulations, you can receive up to Rs. 10,000 per gift instrument. For gifts exceeding the limit, the recipients can be issued with the same instrument for the remaining amount.
  • Non-reloadable gift instruments (Digital Gift Cards, Physical Gift Cards and Brand Vouchers) cannot be used for cash withdrawals.
  • Zeta SpotGiftingGifting gift cards and vouchers are prepaid instruments and cannot be used as credit cards.

Installing Zeta App

Zeta App is a central location for all Zeta SpotGifting related tasks. Download and install the latest version of Zeta App from  Google Play (Android) or  App Store (iOS).

Creating a Zeta user account

A Zeta user account gives you access to all the Zeta Spot Gifting services. Also, when you contact  Zeta Support  for help, you will need your user account details to identify yourself.
