Optima Communications Card allows you to perform various communication reimbursement operations, for example, creation, management and revocation of communications reimbursement transfers using Optima digital platform. Zeta Optima provides a simple web based user interface to use the Optima platform. You need to create a new Zeta HR account to gain access to various corporate benefit programs.

Upload a .csv, .xls or .xlsx file containing employee details like name, email id and phone number (a sample form can be found on the dashboard itself). Finally, select a date for the payout and the grants will be distributed automatically.

The frequency of credits depends on the policy adopted by your company. Grants could be issued on a monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or yearly basis.
Yes, using Optima dashboard, you can easily revoke an order that you have sent out by mistake. However, if the user has already used the credits, you’ll have to settle this internally. Unused credits can always be revoked. Refer to, Edit Communications Program to see how to cancel a fund transfer.

Optima Communications Card is valid for 3 years. Your company can set a validity period and also extend it.
Yes. Communications bills in electronic form are 100% compliant with the requirements of the Income Tax Act and Information Technology Act. For more information, refer to Where does Zeta stand?
Optima Communications Card are fully tax-exempt, regulated by Information Technology Act and Income Tax Act.
Optima uses specially-developed software that can read text. It is far more capable than the human eye at recognising characters.
Usage
Optima Communications Card will be sent to your employees automatically on the scheduled date in one go every month through our user-friendly digital dashboard. Ensure that you set up the Communications program and have sufficient funds in your account:
If you've configured multiple legal companies under your organisation, make sure that you choose the company of your choice. For more detailed explanation, refer to Initiating transfer for Communications Card.
You need to upload employee details like name and email ids/phone numbers and select a particular date to send grants. Just ensure, there are enough funds in your Optima account for all the payments to go through. You can easily add funds to your account by NEFT or cheque transfers. See Manage Funds for more details.

While an ex-employee can use the grants that have been credited to him or her, it is still possible for you to revoke any unused credits.
Any balance that remains in the Optima Communications Card is automatically transferred to employee's Cash Card at the end of financial year. You can factor this amount in while processing employee payroll. It is also possible to automatically revoke any unused grants, which can be credited back to the employee after making necessary tax-related deductions.
