 What do I need to create my corporate Zeta User Account?

Download the Zeta app first. To configure your Zeta account, you need to share your phone number with Zeta sales/onboarding team and confirm the OTP sent to your number. Following this, the Zeta team will issue your Super Card and Super Tag and also help you to set a PIN for your card. Post this process, your Zeta account will be successfully created.  Alternately, you could collect the (Super Card + Super Tag) from the Zeta onboarding team and opt for a self-activation process of Zeta account using  Zeta weblink

 Does Zeta app require internet connection?

Yes. It requires an internet connection to function.

 Does Zeta app provide in-app tips to use the Zeta features?

Yes. It provides smart in-app tips and useful tours that guide you to navigate and perform the activities successfully.

 Can I access the Zeta wallet once I activate my Zeta app?
Yes, you can. However, your organization may decide on the access to various benefit cards.
 Can I invite my friends to install and evaluate Zeta app?

Yes, you can invite your friends to install and evaluate Zeta app. Navigate through Pay/Send > Phone number option and the recipient would receive a SMS notification to install the Zeta app.

 What happens to my downloaded Zeta app and benefits if I join a new company?

In this case, your account would be considered as a normal user account and you can only access Zeta wallet and rewards card. However, you will gain access to your corporate account again if your new organization has alliances with Zeta.
