Communications Card
Yes. You can upload your previous receipts as well on the Zeta App.
The bills submitted must be in the name of the user to whom the grants are issued through their Zeta Communications Card.
You need not keep a physical copy of bills unless your company wants you to do so.
- Receive a Zeta Books & Periodicals Card from your HR.
- Shop your books and periodicals using the Zeta App or Zeta Super Card.
- Upload the valid and legible bill of your purchase.
Fuel & Travel Card
Yes. You can upload your previous receipts as well on the Zeta App.
- Receive a Zeta Fuel & Travel Card from your HR. The card appears at the bottom of home screen in your Zeta App.
- Use the Super Card to recharge fuel at any fuel merchant or pay for your business travel needs.
- Upload the valid and legible fuel and travel bill for approval using the Zeta App.

Driver Salary Card
Yes. You can upload your previous receipts as well on the Zeta App.
- Receive a Zeta Driver Salary Card from your HR. The card appears on the bottom of the home screen of your Zeta App.
- Using the Zeta App, upload the valid and legible driver bill documents for approval.
Any unclaimed amount in Driver Salary Card in a fiscal year would be treated as a taxable component. In this case, you receive the amount after the tax deduction.
Yes. A picture of the driving license of the driver is required.

Your reimbursements can be declined due to following issues while submitting bills:
- Bills from last fiscal year.
- Blurred, faded, tampered or overwritten bills.
- Copy of driver’s driving license is missing.
- Employee’s or driver’s signature is missing.
- Driving license name or number on the bill doesn’t match with the original driving license.
Asset Card
If your asset bill exceeds the monthly limit (as per company rules), you will receive the exceeded claimed amount (lien balance) in the following or next months.
You need not keep a physical copy of bills unless your company wants you to do so.
- Receive a Zeta Asset Card from your HR.
- Pay your asset expenses to merchants (offline or online) using the Zeta App and Zeta Super Card.
- Upload the valid and legible bill of your purchase.
Ensure that bill is issued in your name, and the address mentioned as your organisation location. This is mandatory to avail tax benefits.
Books & Periodicals Card
Any unclaimed amount in Books & Periodicals Card in a fiscal year would be treated as a taxable component. In this case, you receive the amount after the tax deduction.

LTA Card
The leave travel allowance amount is defined by your employer. Check with your HR representative to know your eligibility for this programme.
As per IT rule, 2 LTA claims in a block of 4 years are treated as a non-taxable income. In other words, you can avail income tax benefit up to 2 LTA claims in a 4 block year provided you furnish supporting documents to your employer.
LTA's current four year block is 2018 - 2021.
If you don't claim all or one of your LTA claims in current block year, you are eligible to carry forward 1 LTA claim in the next block year. In this case, as per IT rule ensure to claim at least 1 travel reimbursement in the 1st year of the next block year to avail the tax exemption.
- Proof of leave: Upload the approved leave application
- Travel Tickets: Upload the relevant travel tickets with invoices.
- Boarding passes: Boarding passes are needed in case of flight travel.
Claiming a LTA expense is essentially a 3-step process. These are as follows:
- Enter travel or trip details.
- Enter traveller details including dependent entries.
- Upload the mandatory travel documents and enter the amount spent.
Finally, submit the LTA expense claim for review in the Zeta App or Zeta on Web platform.
Uniform Allowance Card
Any unclaimed amount in Uniform Allowance Card in a fiscal year would be treated as a taxable component. Contact HR for more details.
- Receive a Zeta Uniform Allowance Card from your HR.
- Purchase uniform using the Zeta App or Zeta Super Card.
- Upload the valid and legible bill of your purchase.

Optima Claim Centre is designed to assist you to view, submit and manage all your claims in one place. In this effort, Zeta keeps you updated with all your claim statuses every time.
Example: Communication reimbursement
When you want to submit a claim against your postpaid telephone connection bill, you can use the Optima Claim Centre to submit and track your claims. If your claims get rejected, you can view the reason and re-submit the bills.
- Open Zeta App.
- Tap Activities tab, and then tap Optima Claim Centre.
- Select the benefit card and then tap Create Claim.
- Follow the steps in the respective reimbursement programs. For example, when you want to submit a Fuel & Travel claim, see Fuel & Travel bill upload.
- Add your claim details and click Submit All Claims.
Yes. Zeta provides both multiple bill upload and lengthy bill upload features as below:
- Multiple claims: You can upload u p to 10 claims of a product type.
- Linking transactions: Link your bill with any previous transaction done through the benefit card.
- Auto-saving: All your claim details gets auto-saved for 30 minutes.
- Partial submission of bills: Failure in uploading of one bill does not affect the upload of other claims.
No. Only bills from the current financial year will be accepted, except for LTA Card.
Except for LTA Card, you can upload multiple receipts in the same month. However, duplicate bills are not allowed.
For each benefit card you can view the Total Claimed amount — Approved, In Review and Declined under Reimbursement Summary details.
Approved: Total amount of all your approved claims in the financial year.
In some cases, your approved amount might exceed your monthly eligibility as defined by your company. In such cases, the remaining claim amount will be credited in the next month.
- In Review: Includes all claims submitted by you and which are currently under verification.
- Declined: Total amount of rejected claims.
Total Eligibility: Eligibility limit on maximum balance for your benefit card as defined by your company.
You may not see this if your company has opted not to do so.
- Remaining Eligibility: Your remaining eligibility. It is calculated as Total Eligibility - (In Review + Approved).
Moved to Cash card is the total claim amount that has been credited to your Zeta Cash Card.
This is not applicable in case of reimbursement programs where your company reimburses after you have submitted a claim.
You can view your benefits card transaction details under Spend Summary of Optima Claim Centre.
Total Deposited: Amount that has been credited by employer in a specific benefit card.
Total Spent: Amount directly spent from the benefit card. For example, you can use fuel card to pay at fuel pump.
As per RBI mandate, the total amount in your benefit card cannot exceed the following:
Rs. 10,000 if you have shared your basic KYC details like PAN Card number.
- Rs. 1 lakh if you have done a full KYC.
To comply with this, any money above this limit will be kept safely in a holding account and will be credited to you when you either spend from your benefit card or claim bills.
