Overview
Users or employees can simply access the express cafeteria’s available menu on the Zeta app, select the items he/she wants to order and pay using Zeta. Employees will be able to make use of the fully functional Express components and the digital payment methods after successful integration to experience a better cafeteria experience.
Employees can use Zeta Remote (app) combined with Zeta Kiosk to order food and initiate the payments against the orders. All this can be done without having to spend too much time waiting in long queues at the counters and also usage of cash for payments can be entirely eliminated in the entire process with the integration of Zeta solution.
Installing and Configuring Zeta
Download, install and configure the Zeta app to gain access to the Zeta Express features.
Activating Zeta Instruments
Zeta provides Zeta Super Tag and Zeta Super ID, the two contact-less payment instruments to the Express users which can be used for all payments with the Zeta-affiliated cafeterias. Zeta Super ID will be integrated with the employees identification card issued and activated by the employer. Zeta Super Tag will be issued and activated by the employer or vendor using Zeta store app for merchants. Contact your HR for Zeta Super Tag and Zeta Super ID activation.
Zeta app is complemented by Zeta Super Card® - a physical plastic card powered by secured payment gateways (for example, RuPay or MasterCard) and financial institutions (for example, bank) that allows you to continue using Zeta digital payment capabilities in absence of your zeta-installed smartphone just like you use your other credit or debit cards. The virtual super card is also available after you install the Zeta app on your smartphone.
