Overview

The Zeta Merchant Web Store provides an easy to use interface for the merchants to interact better with the employees in the organisation. The web application consists of all the functions necessary for the food ordering and delivery process all which can be accessed from the fully interactive Home page. 

Using the Web Interface

The Zeta Merchant Web Store provides you an option to operate on different stores according to the implementation of the Zeta Express Cafeteria Component.   

             

To Change the Store

  1. Log into the Zeta Merchant Web Store and navigate to the Store name. 

  2. From the drop down, click on Select Business or Change Store.

  3. In the dialog box, select the Business and select the store in the next one.

To Send Notifications

  1. Log into the Zeta Merchant Web Store and navigate to Notifications tab.
  2. In the Create Notification section, specify the contact number of the person you wish to send the notification to  and type the message and click Send Notification
  3. To view the History, click the History tab and click Delete to delete the message or Send Again to send the message again to the same person.
