Zeta Optima provides a simple browser-based web interface to use the Zeta digital platform. You need to create a new Zeta HR account to gain access to Driver Salary Card through a desktop interface. The Driver Salary Card module allows employers manage driver salary reimbursement administrative operations, for example, initiating, managing, editing, reimbursing driver salary cards using Zeta digital platform.

Create a Zeta Business Account

Using the Zeta Dashboard

The Optima Driver Salary Card program provides a simple and hassle-free workflow for distributing driver salary related allowances to employees through Zeta desktop interfaceThe program eliminates the hassles of collecting and verifying bills and hence automates the overall reimbursement. This simplifies the process of claiming tax benefits against the amount spent on driver salary, and thus improves the employee experience.

Organisations may choose to provide driver salary expense related reimbursements and allowances aligned to the Income Tax act. Using Optima, HR, and admin can create and manage driver salary card transfer orders with a provision of using custom modules, for example, you may provide to employees an option to upload the bill for reimbursement. You are also allowed to revoke unused amount of Driver Salary Card and close an employee account. The Optima dashboard enables you to perform following tasks:

  • Initiating First Driver Salary Card Transfer
  • Editing Driver Salary Transfer Details
  • Tracking Driver Salary Transfer Details
  • Downloading Driver Salary Transfer Details
  • Using Driver Salary Notification

Ensure to add sufficient funds via NEFT or cheque transfer and add these details in Zeta Optima dashboard to successfully execute Driver Salary Card transfers. See Manage Funds for more details.

Custom Configuration

You may wish to have some custom needs that are not part of built-in product features. Zeta platform is flexible and designed to suit your custom needs such as service configuration parameters for bills or option for direct payment to vendors in case of Car Hire and so on. Email support (support@zeta.in)  or call support (022 - 6112 3989) for any custom requirement.
