Optima LTA programme is designed to offer an intuitive and custom dashboard that gives a detailed view of your LTA card transactions, document and amount submitted for claim and statuses. This includes LTA expenses swiped through your Zeta super card including bill statuses that are approved, declined and in review for your future analysis.
In simple words, you can review the following using this option:
- Documents submitted to claim LTA
- Amount claimed
- Approved bills by Zeta for reimbursements
- Declined bills by Zeta with valid explanations
- In review bills that are under review cycle.
To View Claims
- Open the Zeta app interface in your smart phone.
From the Cards tab, navigate to Cards > OPTIMA LTA CARD. This opens up a list of tasks that you can perform.
Click the View Claim, to analyze a detailed view of your LTA claim
After you submit claim, you receive e-mails regarding the status of your claims.View Claim option is available below the mails. you can view your claim's status and details by using this option or path. For example:
