Optima LTA programme is designed to offer you more ways to manage your LTA claims. In this effort, Zeta brings together all your LTA expenses and claims details under View Claims option. This includes LTA expenses swiped through your Zeta super card as well as approved, declined and in review bills to see the status and for your future analysis. The View Claims option provides an intuitive and custom dashboard that gives a detailed view of your LTA card transactions, document and amount submitted for claim and statuses. 

To View Claims:

1. Open the Zeta app interface.

2. From the Cards tab, navigate to Cards > OPTIMA LTA CARD. Tap the Card, this opens up a list of tasks that you can perform.

3. Click the View Claim, to view:

• • Documents submitted to claim LTA
  • Amount claimed
  • Approved bills by Zeta for reimbursements
  • Declined bills by Zeta with valid explanations
  • In review bills that are under review cycle.

After you submit claim, you receive e-mails regarding the status of your claims.View Claim option is available below the mails. you can view your claim's status and details by using this option or path. For example:
