Welcome to New Optima Documentation!
This is the home page for New Zeta Optima product documentation. Zeta has redesigned the corporate interface of Optima Platform. By default, all new organizations will be onboarded to the new Optima platform and we will soon start a structured process to migrate existing organizations to the new platform. Post successful switchover, every organization will be part of the new Optima platform. We will keep our existing customer informed about the new transition updates.
What's New
For existing customer, following are the new changes and enhancements to the Optima Platform:
- UI revamp: Major UI interface redesigns across several functions to improve user experience
- Self-service portal: A new corporate experience to set up new tax benefit programs based on your company policy
- Analytics indicators: Real-time analytics, reports or trends to monitor your program health and to obtain business insights
- Beneficiaries and their document management: Manage employees associated with various benefit programs, and review and audit their claim documents against the approved reimbursement amounts
- Administration: Provision of creating and managing legal companies under your organization structure
