There are many tools shared with the Sodexo Internal Ops team to manage the life cycle of a merchant. We will discuss these tools and their features in this section.
Sodexo Genie SuperUser for Merchant Control Panel
Merchant Control Panel allows the merchant to fully manage his business through multiple pages like User Management, Business Management and Reports. Sodexo Genie is a SuperUser access which allows the Sodexo Ops team member to view the below pages and manage them on behalf of the merchant.
View Sales Data
You can view the sales and settlement figures of all the stores of a business against relevant transaction periods.
Log in to the Merchant Control Panel and click Reports.
Click Sales Report to view the sales figures of stores of the business and all transactions of all stores.
You can also download the Sales Report by clicking DOWNLOAD.
View/Manage Users
You can view the sales and settlement figures of all the stores of a business against relevant transaction periods.
Log in to the Merchant Control Panel and click Users.
Click +ADD USERS to add a new user to the business (Store Owner, Store Manager, Counter Operator).
Click DELETE THIS USER to delete a particular user from the business (Store Owner, Store Manager, Counter Operator).
View Business Profile
Log in to the merchant Control Panel and click Business Profile.
You can now view the details of the business (AC Number, Beneficiary Name, IFSC Code and others) and all shops under that business.
Generate QR Codes
Log in to the merchant Control Panel and click Business Profile.
Click Download QR Code for either the business or the stores.
Select a template and click Generate QR Code.
Merchant Linker Tool
Merchant linker tool provides an easy mechanism for Sodexo Ops team to allow/disallow any business entity to a contract, by mapping business entities to allowed/disallowed list of a contract. Sodexo Ops can allow/disallow payment by cards issues through this contract on these business entities.
