Overview

The Zeta Merchant App Store provides an Order Management order management feature for the merchants to use for the efficient working of the cafeteriastore. The merchants can easily control the flow of order and ensure that the food be delivered to the employees in an organised manner. 

Accept an Order

1. Log into the Zeta Merchant App Store merchant app and navigate to the Orders tab.
    
2. In the Live Orders screen, click Accept Order on an order and update the progress by selecting start > prepare > deliver in correspondence with the order preparation.
    
3. After successful completion, you get a confirmation that the order has  has been delivered.
   

Cancel an Order

1. Log into the Zeta Merchant App Store merchant app and navigate to the Orders tab.
   
2. In the Live Orders screen, click Cancel Order on an order. 
   
3. In the cancel order screen, you can review the order and provide optional comments, and click Cancel Order to confirm. 
   
4. After successful cancellation you get a confirmation dialog.
   

View the Order History 

1. Log into the Zeta Merchant App Store merchant app and navigate to the Orders tab.
   
2. In the Orders tab, click Order History to view all the completed as well as and cancelled orders.
