Below are some issues regularly faced by Sodexo Merchants.
Shop ID
Mismatch in Shop ID
For some of the merchants, when the user is trying to pay by shop, then wrong merchant is shown in the user app.
This basically mean that merchant is wrongly mapped in the system, based on the approximation based on pin-code data of the user.
To fix the problem, actual location of the user should be mapped.
ZAF
Response file is not sent.
Shop Id missing in the ZAF response file.
Junk characters are found in the response of the ZAF file.
Auth token expired error message is shown.
ZAF response file has Address Collision Exception.
Transaction SearchYou can search for transactions based on phone/email/userID, Shop ID, Name, Card.
