There are many tools shared with the Sodexo Internal Ops team to manage the life-cycle of a merchant. We will discuss these tools and their features in this section.

Sodexo Genie SuperUser for Merchant Control Panel

Merchant Control Panel is the tool which allows the merchant to fully manage his business through multiple pages like User Management, Business Management and Reports. Sodexo Genie is a SuperUser access which allows the Sodexo Ops team member to view the below pages and manage them on behalf of the merchant.

Merchant Linker Tool

Merchant linker tool provides an easy mechanism for Sodexo ops Ops team to allow or /disallow any business entity to a contract i.e, by mapping business entities to allowed/disallowed list of a contract. Sodexo ops Ops can allow/disallow payment by cards issues through this contract on these businesses entities
