This article walks you through issuing Gift Cards. You will learn about:

The Retail Gifting platform currently supports payment only from HDFC Bank's debits card and Net Banking.

Sending Digital Gift Cards

Send Digital Gift Cards

Log into the Retail Gifting platform.
Click on SIGN IN (if you already have a Zeta Account). If you do not have a Zeta Account, click on SIGN UP to create one. See more about the process.
To make a purpose for the gift, choose something relevant from Occasions. For example, gift your brother wishing him a Happy Birthday. If you don't find an occasion, just select a store from Brands.
Go to Digital Gift Card and click on Send Now. To select a different occasion, click Change occasion.
On the left side of the screen, select a template for Gift Card.
On the right side, enter the recipient details including the recipient name, email, mobile number, gift amount, date and click on NEXT.

Click View Email Preview to view how the beneficiary email would look.
Select the mode of payment. Enter the required details and click on PAY.
On the successful payment, you get confirmation of Gift Card Delivery. Click on SEND ANOTHER GIFT to send more Gift Cards.

Send Physical Gift Cards

Log into the Retail Gifting platform.
Click on SIGN IN (if you already have a Zeta Account). If you do not have a Zeta Account, click on SIGN UP to create one. See more about the process.
To make a purpose for the gift, choose something relevant from Occasions. For example, gift your brother wishing him a Happy Birthday. If you don't find an occasion, just select a store from Brands.
Go to Physical Gift Card and click on SEND NOW. To select a different occasion, click Change occasion.
Fill in the recipient details including recipient name, email, mobile number, gift amount, transfer date and click on NEXT.
Also, enter the address for the Physical Gift Card to be delivered and click on NEXT.
Select the mode of payment, Enter the required details and click on NEXT.
On the successful payment, you get confirmation and the Physical Gift Card Delivery is delivered to the recipient within the stipulated time.

Send Digital Brand Vouchers

Log into the Retail Gifting platform.
Click on SIGN IN (if you already have a Zeta Account). If you do not have a Zeta Account, click on SIGN UP to create one. See more about the process.
To make a purpose for the gift, choose something relevant from Occasions. For example, gift your brother wishing him a Happy Birthday. If you don't find an occasion, just select a store from Brands.
Go to Digital Brand Voucher and click on SEND NOW. To select a different occasion, click Change occasion.
Select a brand of which you want to generate a Digital Gift Voucher. See the fancy template of the Digital Gift Card on the left.
Enter the recipient details including the recipient name, email, gift amount, date and click on NEXT.

Click View EMAIL PREVIEW to view how the beneficiary email would look.
Select the mode of payment. Enter the required details and click on NEXT.

Digital Brand Vouchers come with a discount. For a Voucher with 0.5% discount, you need to pay 0.5% less of the original value.
On successful payment, you get a confirmation. Click on SEND ANOTHER GIFT to send more Gifts in the form of Digital Brand Vouchers.
