Overview

Uploading the bills is a mandatory step to receive reimbursements and tax benefits on your corporate cards. You can avail income tax benefits, after submitting proofs to your employer. You can also upload bills that exceed the monthly limit set by your organization. This is even applicable when your corporate card is running short of funds. In this case, you will receive the exceeded claimed amount in the following months. 

Reimbursement scenario

For example, if your monthly limit is Rs. 1000/-, then a bill of Rs. 3000/- claimed in the month of April would be reimbursed in equal instalments of Rs. 1000 each in the month of April, May, and June, provided your April quota is unused.

Bill upload tips

Ensure the following to avoid rejection of the bill:

  • Upload a legible and valid bill.

  • Produce the bill that arrives in your name. You cannot claim tax benefits on the bill that doesn't belong to you.

Follow below steps to successfully upload your bills on Zeta on Web.

 Uploading bills
  1. Log in to your ZoW Account.
  2. From Home tab, go to any of the corporate card.
  3. Click for a given card to get the drop-down option and click Claim Reimbursements.
  4. Perform the following task on this screen:
    1. Enter amount to claim: Enter the correct amount in Enter amount to claim.
    2. Upload your bills: Click Upload Bills and browse to the image folder to upload the bill. Note that you can delete and upload the bill again in case of any discrepancy.
    3. Submit Claim: Finally, click Submit Claim to save the entries for verification by Zeta team.
  5. Click Ok to confirm.

You’ve completed uploading the billing process using Zeta on Web. You'll get a SMS notification and inbox card on the statuses of your transaction. You can see the inbox card details in your Zeta app under the Inbox tab.

Viewing claims

Follow below steps to view your uploaded claims on Zeta on Web.

 Viewing claims
  1. Log in to your ZoW Account.
  2. From Home tab, go to any of the corporate card.
  3. Click for a given card to get the drop-down option and click View Claims.
  4. You can view all your claims under All, In Review and Processed.
