Overview

Zeta User Account is complemented by a Zeta Super Card. You can manage your Super Card using Zeta on Web (ZoW) Dashboard. You can request a physical Super Card using ZoW, if you have not received it already. You need to link your Super Card to your ZoW Account to start using Super Card functionalities available on ZoW.

Post activation of the Super Card, you can perform the following actions:

  • Change the Super Card PIN.
  • Block/unblock the card.
  • View your transactions history in the passbook.


Using Zeta App, you can secure your Super Card. To know more, see Manage your Super Card.

Requesting Super Card

In case you do not have a physical Super Card, you can request for one in the ZoW Platform.

  1. Log in to your ZoW Account.
  2. From Home tab, click Request Plastic Super Card in the Super Card carousel.
  3. Enter your delivery address details and click Deliver Here.

Linking Super Card to ZoW Account

You can link your Super Card to your ZoW Account in the ZoW Platform.

  1. Log in to your ZoW Account.
  2. From Home tab, click Link your plastic Super Card in the Super Card carousel.
  3. Enter your plastic Super Card details, set and confirm pin for the card, and click Activate Super Card.

Changing PIN

You can change the PIN of your Super Card for security purposes.

 Changing the Static Pin
  1. Log in to your ZoW Account.
  2. From Home tab, click Change PIN in the Super Card carousel.
  3. Enter your new 4-digit pin, and retype to confirm. Click Change PIN to confirm the changes.

Blocking/Unblocking Super Card

You can block/unblock your Super Card for security purposes in the ZoW Platform.

  1. Log in to your ZoW Account.
  2. From Home tab, click Block this Card in the Super Card carousel.
  3. Click Block Card to confirm.
  1. To enable the card again, click Enable this Card.

  2. Click Unblock Card to confirm.

Viewing Transaction details

You can view your Passbook in ZoW, which gives you all the details of all your transactions.

 Viewing transaction details
  1. Log in to your ZoW Account.
  2. From Home tab, click Passbook in the Super Card carousel.

    Details appear in the right panel of the screen. Transaction details of the cards can be viewed by clicking the respective card on top in the list.
  3. Click on the respective card to view it's transaction history.

The details are displayed under:
ALL - This tab lists all the completed transactions.
SPENDS - This tab lists all user spends.
RECEIVED - This tab lists all the refunds and received amount from other users.
