Overview

Zeta on Web (ZoW) provides a means for the employees to access their Optima grants (Allowance and Reimbursement programs issued by the employer to you), view transaction on Optima grants/Cash Card and manage their Super Card transaction. 

Setting Up a New Account

Before using Zeta on Web (ZoW), you need to setup your employee account to start using ZoW functionalities.

 Setting up a new account
  1. Go to  ZoW Dashboard.
  2. Go to Sign Up > Employees.

  3. Enter your mobile number (10 digits) or email ID and click Next.

  4. Enter the Zeta verification code sent to your mobile number and email ID and click Verify.

    Use Resend OTP option in case you haven't received the code. Click Request by Call to receive a call back with your verification code.

  5. Fill in your details like name and Zeta password and then tap Done.

A Get Started tab appears when you log in to ZoW for the first time.

Activating Super Card

After successfully setting up your employee account, you need to get started with configuring your Super Card and ZoW Account.

Don't have Super Card

Get Started tab appears only when you log in to ZoW for the first time.

  1. Click I don't have a physical card.
  2. Enter your Card Details and click Next.
  3. Enter Set Static PIN and re-enter the same to confirm and then click Activate.
  4. A Card Activation Successful message is displayed, click Ok.

Logging In

Zeta Accounts are protected with two-factor authentication mechanism - a secure means to access ZoW Dashboard. Below are the steps involved in the two-step verification method:

  • 1st-step verification (OTP based): Verify using an OTP sent to your phone number or email ID.
  • 2nd-step verification (Password based): Specify the password that you set up during signup.

 Logging in to ZoW
  1. Go to  ZoW Dashboard.
  2. Go to Log In > Employees.
  3. Enter your Zeta registered mobile number or email ID and enter the captcha and then click Next
  4. Enter the Zeta verification code sent to your mobile number or email ID and click Verify.

    Use Resend OTP option in case you haven't received the code. Click Request by Call to receive a call back with your verification code.

  5. Enter your password that you had set during sign up and click Sign In.

On successful log in, ZoW Dashboard is displayed.

Updating Profile

You can update your ZoW Profile with your details and save it.

 Updating your profile
  1. Log in to your ZoW Account.
  2. Click Profile in the left panel.
  3. Enter your details to update your profile and click Save Changes.

The profile is successfully updated.
