 How do I raise a request and signup for a new Optima account?
  1. Go to www.zeta.in and hover the mouse pointer over the SIGN UP tab. 

  2. Click HR/Corporate admins and signup popup appears. Fill in the following mandatory details to request for a Zeta corporate account.

  3. Click Create Free Account  once you’ve completed filling the mandatory fields.

Zeta receives a new corporate signup request. An email notification acknowledges you about the successful request creation. In 3 working days, Zeta verifies the details and sends you a request approval email after successful on-boarding. You can now proceed to your corporate account setup, refer to Sign up with Zeta Optima.

 How secure is my Optima account login?

Zeta accounts are protected with two-factor authentication mechanism - a secure means to access the Optima dashboard. The authentication factors in the two-step verification method are essentially the following:

  • 1st-step verification (OTP based): Verify using an OTP sent to your phone number or email ID.
  • 2nd-step verification (Password based): Specify the password that you set up during sign up.

 What is OTP during Optima login?

One time password (OTP) is a numerical code for security which you use on every Zeta Optima login .

 What is verification code?

It is a four-digit code to verify your email while configuring Zeta App.  It enables you to securely gain access to your Zeta account.

 Can I add multiple companies?

Add Companies feature is coming shortly. Contact  Zeta to add more companies.

 Can I login from more than one system?

Yes. You can login but the verification code will be sent to the registered number.

 How long does it take for an Optima account to be created?

In 3 working days, Zeta verifies the details and sends you a request approval email after successful onboarding. You can now proceed to your corporate account setup or signup.

 What should I do if I don't get verification code?

Click "Resend OTP" or "Request by Call" option if you don't receive the verification code. If the issue persists then contact Zeta support .

 What does Access Control tool do?

Access Control is a role-based user management tool to permit an Optima user to access only a subset of the universal set of privileges as defined in role(s) rather than unrestrained access to all entities and operations.

 Where can I check employees spends summary report?
  • Login to your Zeta Optima account.
  • Choose Report center under Corporate tools.
  • Click on Beneficiary spends summary report link.

 How can I transfer money to my pooled account?

You can use NEFT/IMPS to transfer funds to your pool account. You can also set up standing instructions so that the funds are automatically transferred every month.

 How do I switch among the companies in Optima account?
  1. Once you log in to Optima, you can see the current corporate entity that you are logged into.
  2. Click on your username and a drop-down list appears.
  3. Click on Switch Corporate.
  4. The list of corporate entities appear from which you can select one to switch.
  5. The corporate entity is switched and the selected corporate entity opens up which you can see on the dashboard.
 How do I reset my password?

You can change or reset your account password if you've forgotten your Zeta Corporate Dashboard. For detailed process, refer to Reset password.

 How do I contact support if I need urgent assistance?

Navigate to Contact Us under the Help & Support drop-down menu located in the top-right corner and use any one of the contact options:
