Cashback card balance expires in 3 years.
Can I earn cashback on transaction done directly on merchant's app or
website?
No. Zeta cashback is earned only when transactions are done via Zeta app.
Why do Coupon codes says invalid in live offers?
As Zeta sources offers from a 3rd party vendor, some Coupon codes are applicable on certain good/services as per terms and conditions of the merchant.
How can cashback be earned?
Cashback can be earned on transactions done on food and grocery shops via Shops tab inside Zeta mobile app during any cashback campaign. The amount of cashback depends on the terms and conditions of any particular offer.
What should I do if I didn't get the cashback?

How to use offers in Zeta app?
Open the Zeta app.
Navigate to Offers tab and select any offer.
The offer's coupon code with merchant portal details is displayed.
Visit the merchant portal and use the coupon code for payment.

What is Zeta Rewards Card?
Zeta Rewards Card is placeholder for your Zeta reward points when you pay using Zeta cash card and meal voucher card. You receive reward points only when you shop for at least a minimum of Rs. 10 or more.
Can I transfer the money in Rewards Card?

Zeta Rewards have no predetermined validity.
How do I get the Rewards points?
You get rewards points on all type of transaction done via Zetaapp or any Zeta instrument.

You earn 1 reward point for every ₹10 spent using Zeta Cash Card or Meal Vouchers.
How many points are required to convert to cash in Rewards Cards?
A maximum of 500 points is required in your Rewards Card to convert to cash or redeem.
How do I redeem points from Rewards Card?
Open the Zeta app interface on your smart phone.
From the Home tab, navigate to cards section > Zeta Rewards Card > Convert Points to Cash.
Specify the points you want to convert into cash in the Enter points to convert field. Notice the equivalent amount appears once you enter the points.
Click Convert Points to confirm the points conversion.
Thus your cash card is credited with the redeemed reward amount instantly.
