Overview

The Zeta web POS provides an order management feature for the merchants to use for the efficient working of the store. The merchants can easily control the flow of order and ensure a well organised delivery of food to the employees.  

Accept an Order

1. Log into the Zeta web POS.
2. From the left navigation tab, select Online Orders to find all the orders under the live orders section in the right pane.
3. Under New Orders, click Accept to accept the order.
   
4. Update the progress such as start  >  prepare  >  deliver in correspondence with the order preparation.
   

Cancel an Order

1. Log into the Zeta web POS.
2. From the left navigation tab, select Online Orders to find all the orders under the live orders section in the right pane.
3. Under New Orders, click Cancel to cancel the order.
   
4.  In the cancel order confirmation dialog, provide optional comments and click Cancel Order to confirm.
   
   You get a confirmation dialog box after the order has been cancelled.
    
   
   

View Order History 

1. Log into the Zeta web POS.
2. From the left navigation tab, select Online orders and select Order History tab form the right pane.
   
3. In the Order History section, click View details on an order to get the detailed information about that particular order.
