Overview
Notifications allows you get the meaningful information about all actions and events that you care about. For example, you would love to receive a short communication when your meal claim is reviewed and approved for reimbursement. Zeta platform connects with back-end systems and sends relevant information to all supported and registered devices and platforms.
Notification are triggered on all important actions or a specific activity based on events that have notification services enabled. For example, during wallet credit, super card transaction, bill upload for claim and so on.
Currently, Zeta platform supports the following notifications in this release:
SMS Notifications - Notifications triggered to your registered mobile number
Inbox (In-App) Notifications - Notifications under Inbox tab in your Zeta app
Email Notifications - Notifications directed to your registered email ID
