Overview

Optima LTA programme is designed to offer an intuitive and custom dashboard that gives a detailed view of your LTA card transactions, travel details and amount submitted for claim and statuses. This includes LTA expenses swiped through your Zeta super card including bill statuses that are approved, declined and in review for your future analysis.

In simple words, you can review the following using this option:

• Travel origin and destination details
• Total amount claimed
• Total amount approved
• Declined amount with valid explanations
• In review bills that are under review cycle.

Track Your Claims

1. Open the Zeta app interface in your smart phone.

2. From the Home tab, navigate to the cards section. Tap on LTA CARD. This opens up a list of tasks that you can perform.
    

3. Click View Claims to view a detailed information of your LTA claim
