Overview

Gift cards and vouchers are the ideal solutions for the occasions when the gift amount is less than INR 10k and doing KYC for the beneficiaries is not feasible. These are non-reloadable programs, which means that each payout to a single beneficiary will result in separate cloud card in the beneficiary’s Zeta App.

Digital Gift Card

To order Digital gift cards:

1. Log into the Zeta platform.
2. In the Spotlight homepage, goto Gift Cards and Vouchers > Digital Gift Cards > Order Now.
   
   
3. Then, choose a design for the gift card and click next.
   
4. Add the beneficiary details including the gift amount and the transfer date in the form provided and click next. 
   
   1. To create a bulk order, click upload in bulk 
   2. Prepare a file with the beneficiary details in the required format as provided in the sample order file. 
   3. click Upload to upload the file and click next.
   
5. Select a Funding Account and click Place Your Order. 
   
6. Review the order and click Done to confirm.
   

To view the order history

1. Log into the Zeta platform.
2. In the Spotlight homepage, goto Gift Cards and Vouchers > Digital Gift Cards > Order Now.
   
   
3. Select Order History tab to view the order history.
4. Use the search field to search for a particular order by id/name/date. Also sort the orders using the filter option.
5. Click the invoice icon to download the proforma invoice and the action overflow button to view the order details. 
   

Physical Gift cards

Physical card gifting involves three steps- ordering, distributing the cards and issuing the gift amount. 

To order physical gift cards:

1. Login to the Zeta platform.
2. In the Spotlight homepage, goto Gift Cards and Vouchers > Physical Gift Cards > Order Now.
   
   
3. In the order cards panel in the overview page, click +Order Now. 
   
4. Fill in the required details in the form provided and click Place Order.
   
5. Review the order and click Done to confirm.
   

To view card order history

1. Log into the Zeta platform.
2. In the Spotlight homepage, goto Gift Cards and Vouchers > Physical Gift Cards > Order Now.
   
   
3. Select  Card Order History tab to view the order history.
4. Use the search field to search for a particular order by id/name. Also sort the orders using the filter option.
   

To view the issuance order history

1. Log into the Zeta platform.
2. In the Spotlight homepage, goto Gift Cards and Vouchers > Physical Gift Cards > Order Now.
3. Select Issuance Order History tab to view the order history.
   
4. Use the search field to search for a particular order by id/name/date. Also sort the orders using the filter option.
5. Click the invoice icon to download the proforma invoice.
6. Click the Order ID or the action overflow button to view the order details. 
   

Brand Vouchers

To order Brand vouchers

1. Log into the Zeta platform.
2. In the Spotlight homepage, goto Gift Cards and Vouchers > Branch Vouchers > Order Now.
   
   
3. Select from the popular brands list or navigate to all categories and select the brand.
   
4. Choose to order from physical or digital vouchers. However the process remains the same for both types of orders. 
5. Fill in the details in the form provided and click next.
   
6. After selecting a funding account, click Change Account and click Done to confirm. 
   
7. Review the order and click Done to confirm.
   

To view the order history

1. Log into the Zeta platform.
2. In the Spotlight homepage, goto Gift Cards and Vouchers > Brand Vouchers > Order Now.
   
   
3. Click on Order History to view the brand vouchers order history.
4. Use the search field to search for a particular order by id/brand name. Also sort the orders using the filter option.
5. Click the file icon to download the order file, the invoice icon to download the proforma invoice.
