Edit Your Profile
You can update the profile-related details, for example, updating name, email, DoB and confirming the gender and change your recovery password and trusted contacts in the Zeta app.
You can not update your phone number since this gets configured with your Zeta app during app configuration
To Change Profile Details
Using Hamburger menu, click your profile link to open the profile page
Navigate to profile detail screen and follow the instructions mentioned in the Enhancing Your Security section for updating profile details.
To Update Your Recovery Password
Using Hamburger menu, click your profile link to open the profile page
Navigate to recovery password screen and follow the instructions mentioned in the Enhancing Your Security section for updating recovery password.
To Add Trusted Contact
Using Hamburger menu, click your profile link to open the profile page
Navigate to trusted contact screen and follow the instructions mentioned in the Enhancing Your Security section for updating trusted contact.
Add Money
Using Hamburger menu, click Add Money and follow the instructions mentioned in the Manage Your Funds section to load your cash card.
Receive Money
Using Hamburger menu, click Receive Money and follow the instructions mentioned in the Manage Your Funds section to transfer funds to bank account.
Merchant List
Using Hamburger menu, click Merchant List to see or search for Zeta merchant network across India.
Upload Bills
Zeta offers a one stop solution to upload your bills for all expenses be it medical, meal and so on. This feature lists all your corporate wallets in one window and allows you to choose the one and proceed to the next.
Using Hamburger menu, click Upload Bills. This lists all cards with card balance
Select a card against which you want to claim the reimbursement

Scan QR Code
A Zeta-affiliated merchant may offer you cashbacks after every purchase that you can redeem in your next purchase. Zeta enables you to to scan the QR code available with the merchant using your app to receive the cashback in the cloud card.
From the Hamburger menu, click Scan QR Code to capture the Zeta QR code.
To scan, place the QR code in the viewfinder rectangle area
Once scanned, your cashback card (merchant specific) is credited with the cashback amount instantly that you can view under Cards menu.
Manage Your App
Since super card and tags are the most important Zeta digital payment capabilities, you need a quick access to manage these tools very often. Using Hamburger menu, click Manage to manage your payment tools.
Super Tag Once your super tag is active and linked to your Zeta account, you can rename or delete the activated super tag using the Zeta app. Using Hamburger menu, navigate to Manage > Super Tag and manage your tag. | |
Super Card Using Hamburger menu, navigate to Manage > Super Card and follow the instructions mentioned in the Manage Your Super Card section. | |
Location Change your app location from the available detected locations. |

This option displays the specific information about the Zeta app such as app version, connection status and location of the app with various options to connect with Zeta. Using Hamburger menu, click About us and explore the following options:
Chat with us Chat with Zeta community for your questions. | |
Write to us Mail your queries in your favorite mail exchange platform. | |
Terms & Conditions View Zeta terms and conditions. | |
Social Media Connect us via social media platform, for example facebook or twitter. |
