Overview

Zeta app platform lets you view a consolidated statement of various transaction activities such as total amount deposited, approved, declined or in review. This is useful to keep you updated with your books and periodicals transactions and reimbursement any time or periodically. For example, to know your total approved amount against the bills submitted, you can use the View Statement option that breaks down all your books and periodicals transactions as stated above.

To View Statement

1. Open the Zeta app interface in your smart phone.

2. From the Home tab, click on the cards section. Tap on Books and Periodicals Card > View Statement. 

    

   An itemized transaction list for a particular financial year opens up as shown below:
   
   

3. You can even view you bill's status:

   • Approved : Populated all your processed approved bills for the reimbursement.
     

   • In Review : Populates the bills that are yet to be approved.

   • Declined : Populates all your declined bills for the reimbursement..
