Before you begin

Here are some things to consider before you begin using your gifts:

• Ensure the Zeta Spotlight instrument is enabled by your employer. You should be able to see the gift instrument as a cloud card in your Zeta App.
• Ensure You have sufficient funds in your gift instrument.

Installing Zeta App

Creating a new Zeta user account

A Zeta user account gives you access to all the Zeta Spotlight services. Also, when you contact

for help, you will need your user account details to identify yourself.

Zeta provides two methods to create a new account:

Useful facts

• In case of re-loadable rewards, KYC is mandatory for unlimited transfer.
• As per RBI regulations, you can receive up to Rs. 10,000 per gift instrument. For gifts exceeding the limit, your employer can issue the same instrument for the remaining amount.
• Non re-loadable gift instruments (Digital Gift Cards, Physical Gift Cards and Brand Vouchers) cannot be used for cash withdrawals.
• Zeta Spotlight gift cards and vouchers are prepaid instruments and cannot be used as credit cards.
