Zeta has redesigned the corporate interface of Payroll Allowances & Claims management platform. By default, all new organisations will be onboarded to the new Optima platform. Zeta has already started a process to migrate existing organizations to the new platform. Post successful switchover, every organization will be part of the new Optima platform.

New UI interface: Major UI interface redesigns across all components and functions to improve user experience
Self-service portal: A new corporate experience to set up new and custom allowances & claims programs based on your company policy
Analytics indicators: Real-time analytics, reports or trends to monitor your program health and to obtain actionable business insights
Beneficiaries & Document management: Manage and track employees associated with various payroll benefit programs. Review and audit their claim documents against the approved claim amounts
Report Centre: Generate financial and year-end closure reports for the purpose of financial accounting of your organization
Administration: Provision of creating and managing legal companies under your organization. Apply access control and privileges to your programs and services.
Bulk Actions: Save time and effort by uploading a single order file across multiple entities and close all the active cards of a beneficiary in one go.

Quickly scan through the new features and enhancements of Zeta app interface:

Stop notification: Manage your email communication for any payment actions or events. User control to subscribe or unsubscribe email notification directed to your registered email ID.
Add-on super card: Provision of requesting multiple super cards for your spouse, parents or friends. Set monthly limits and track spendings of add-on cards.
Passbook: Manage and track all transactions associated with your Zeta accounts. Review the spends and deposits by program type and month wise as well.
Multi-Bill Upload: Claim multiple bills of a product type together in one go, thereby reducing both time and effort in claiming bills by nearly half.
Claim Center: Submit and view all your claims in one place and be updated with their statuses with ease.
Device Lock/Fingerprint: Protect your Zeta app using the same lock mechanism set up to secure your phone access and unlock your phone (PIN, Pattern or Fingerprint).

The Zeta on Web console enhancements are:

New desktop platform: A new self-service platform to manage your claims. Now claim your allowance and reimbursement using the respective benefit program interfaces.
Transaction statement: Real-time payment or any transaction details against each program to track your claims and spendings.
Fund transfers: Conveniently manage your own funds. The cash card interface now supports fund transfer activities such as loading cash card, transferring funds to banks or Zeta/non-Zeta user using the phone numberOptima Uniform Allowance: Save crucial time on filling out applications, submitting paper bills and follow ups, with Zeta's new offering to make the uniform allowance settlement process quick, easy and hassle-free.
Zeta On Web: Managing your super card, cash card and benefits card on the web console has been made simple with Zeta On Web's new and simple user interface.
