Uploading bill is a mandatory step to avail driver salary expense reimbursement benefits. The unused amount in Driver Salary Card would be credited to your account after tax deduction based on your income tax bracket by end of every fiscal year. 

Perform the following to claim your driver salary allowances:

  • Upload the driver salary bill

  • Enter the amount spent 

  • Submit the bill for review

Zeta team verifies the driver salary bills and approves the amount post successful verification. The approved amount gets deducted from your Driver Salary Card and transferred to the cash card.

Note
  • Ensure that you upload a legible bill to avoid any rejection of the claim.

  • Ensure that you claim does not exceed the Driver Salary Card balance, or else you will receive an insufficient balance error.

To Upload a Bill

Using Zeta App

Follow the steps below to upload your driver bill:

You’ve completed uploading the billing process. A confirmation message is displayed on your app screen. Alternately, you can see the claim details in your Zeta app under the Inbox Tab. Zeta inbox cards keep you updated about all statuses during the claim process such as processed, approved or declined with reasons.

Using Zeta Web Console

  1. Go to www.zeta.in and hover the mouse pointer over the “SIGNUP/LOGIN” tab. The employer/employee signup or login screen appears.
  2. Navigate to For employees option to log into Zeta Web Console. For login assistance, see Using Zeta Web Console.
  3. On the Home Page of Zeta Web Console, navigate to Optima Driver Salary Card, and click Clam Reimbursement.

  4. Perform the following task on this windowscreen:
         1.
      1. Enter the correct amount to claim in the Enter Amount to Claim field.
         2.
      1. Upload Driver salary bill using Upload Bills tab.
         3.
      1. Submit claims using Submit Claims tab.

    1. Click OK to successfully submit the claim for driver salary expense.

    You’ve completed uploading the billing process using Zeta Web Console. You'll get a SMS notification with a confirmation message on your Zeta app interfaceand inbox card on the statuses of your transaction. You can see the inbox card details in your Zeta app under the Inbox tab.
