Zeta Meal Vouchers credited every month by your organisation and also eliminates the hassles of physically storing and saving. The entire program can be managed digitally in a user-friendly way.


Your company should sign up with us and choose to offer Zeta Meal Voucher as an employee tax benefit. Your Zeta Meal Voucher is credited every month, which y ou can access on Zeta app or Zeta on Web platform.


Your employer will credit your Zeta Meal Voucher during monthly payout.


Since your employer provides you the Zeta Meal Voucher credits against your email ID or phone number, ensure that your email ID or phone number is verified to get the Zeta Meal Voucher credits regularly.


Ensure that you have submitted valid phone number or email ID to your employer also ensure that your employer has updated the transfer order file. Visit Zeta support for more assistance.


No. However, you can place different orders for items from different restaurants.


The frequency of credits depends on the policy adopted by your company. Grants could be issued on a monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or yearly basis.


The extra amount debited, will be refunded. In case of no refund, contact Zeta support.


Some outlets use an EDC machine which is white-listed under Hotels, Motels, and Resort category. Hence the transaction was declined since Zeta Meal Vouchers can be used for purchase of ready-to-eat edibles, food related items or non-alcoholic beverages only. Please bring such declined issue into our notice. We will try to list it under restaurants category.

Legal and Compliance

Zeta Meal Voucher expires after 3 years. It can be extendable by your organisation, if you have opted for it.


Zeta Meal Voucher given as a benefit to employees by their company are fully tax-exempt with subject to rules and regulations under the Income Tax Act.


Usage and Transaction

You can use Zeta Meal Voucher via the following Zeta payment tools based on the implementation at your organisation end:

  1. Zeta Super Card®, a Rupay and Mastercard-powered physical card.
  2. Zeta Super Tag™, an NFC enabled sticker.
  3. Zeta app on your Android, Windows or iOS smartphones.

  1. Select "Meal Voucher" from Zeta app.
  2. Tap "My Transactions".
  3. You will be able to view all your transactions.
  4. You get SMS and in-app notification against every transaction.
  5. You can also go to passbook to view all transaction.

You can also check your Zeta Meal Voucher transactions via Zeta on Web.


Yes. Zeta platform supports the following notifications:

  1. SMS Notifications - Notifications triggered to your registered mobile number.
  2. Inbox (In App) Notifications - Notifications under Inbox tab in your Zeta app.
  3. Email Notifications - Notifications directed to your registered email ID.
  4. Push Notifications - Notifications triggered by your app to notify the app user.


Zeta Meal Voucher can only be used to pay for food, grocery and non-alcoholic beverages, as per Income Tax Act rule. You can also order food from office cafeteria and from online food delivery services using Zeta Meal Voucher.
