The frequency of credits depends on the policy adopted by your company. Grants could be issued on a monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or yearly basis.

Yes, using Optima dashboard, you can easily revoke an order that you have sent out by mistake. However, if the user has already used the credits, you’ll have to settle this internally. Unused credits can always be revoked. Refer to, Edit Driver Salary program to see how to cancel a fund transfer.

You need to upload employee details like name and email ids/phone numbers and select a particular date to send grants. Just ensure, there are enough funds in your Optima account for all the payments to go through.
