Real Account Holders can be on-boarded as either Minimum KYC users or Full KYC users, as directed by the financial institute.
In case of Minimum KYC, the customer provides their name and unique ID proof document identifier.
In case of Full KYC Account Holder, the customer must provide ID and any one of the Officially Valid Document (OVD).

Transaction limits are the same across all types of bundles.

We urge you to submit your OVD during the on-boarding stage. This is to avoid any interruption in the transaction process, like adding or receiving money in re-loadable cards.

If the minimum KYC Account Holder has 2 accounts, then A2A transfer is possible within the 2 accounts. Zeta will use a separate transaction code to represent this which has to be created in the back-end.

Below are the supported KYC modes of verification:

  • Minimum KYC
  • Full KYC - Aadhar OTP KYC, Aadhar Biometric KYC and Paper KYC.

See KYC for more details.

Aadhaar holder’s photographs and signatures are also captured.
