Zeta Uniform Allowance Card is a comprehensive tax benefit program that your organisation grants to meet the expenditure incurred on the purchase or maintenance of uniform for wear during the performance of duties of an office or employment of profit.

Your company should sign up with us and choose to offer Zeta Uniform Allowance as an employee tax benefit. Your Zeta Uniform Allowance Card is credited every month or as per your organisation policy, which you can access via Zeta app or Zeta on Web platform.


It won't be credited with any amount (The card is primarily used only for uploading the bills for claims). The required amount for uniform purchase is credited to your Cash Card prior to purchasing (amount limit is set by the corporate) or if you purchase the uniform yourself, then amount is reimbursed upon producing the bills through the Uniform Allowance Card in the app.

Legal and Compliance

Yes. Zeta Driver Salary Card is 100% compliant with the government and Income tax act.


Zeta Uniform Allowance Card is valid for one financial year.


There is no limit set by the Income Tax department on Zeta Uniform Allowance Card. However, an organisation can choose to set a limit for their employees according to their company policy.

Usage

  1. Receive a Zeta Uniform Allowance Card from your HR. 
  2. Purchase uniform using the Zeta app or Zeta Super Card.
  3. Upload the valid and legible bill of your purchase.


You can use Zeta Uniform Allowance Card via the following Zeta payment tools based on the implementation at your organisation end:

  1. Zeta Super Card®, a Rupay or Mastercard-powered physical card.
  2. Zeta app on your Android, Windows or iOS smartphones.


Any unclaimed amount in Uniform Allowance Card in a fiscal year would be treated as a taxable component. Contact HR for more details.


  • Open the Zeta app.

    • Go to passbook located in the Home tab. All your cards appear on the top of the screen.

    • Go to the card stack in the Home tab and locate Uniform Allowance Card.

  • Click on Uniform Allowance Card to view transactions.

Bill Submission

  1. Open the Zeta app.
  2. Locate and tap Uniform Allowance Card in the cards stack in the Home tab.
  3. Tap the Upload Bill option.
  4. Click photos or upload pictures of the bills from your device.
  5. Enter the bill amount.
  6. Submit your claim.

No. Only bills from the current financial year will be accepted.


Yes. Zeta provides both multiple bill upload and lengthy bill upload features.


You need not keep a physical copy of bills unless your company wants you to do so.
