Installation and Configuration

The Zeta App is available on Android and iOS platform. You can download the latest version of Zeta App from Google Play (Android) or  App Store (iOS).


The HR issues virtual corporate benefit cards to your account and you are notified on your registered mobile number or via official email. 

  1. Tap the link mentioned in the notification email or SMS. 

  2. Tap Install. Alternately, install the latest version of Zeta App from Google Play (Android) or  App Store (iOS).


Once you have installed the Zeta App, open the app and get started with the configurations. For more details, refer to Configuring Zeta App.


A four-digit code is sent to your reqistered email ID or moblie number for verification. It is a protection method enabling you to gain secure access to your Zeta Account.


Ensure that you submit the correct email ID or mobile number. You can also try the Resend OTP or Request By Call options or contact the

Zeta Support.


You can add one or more email IDs for backup notification if you are unable to access your primary email. You can use web console (Zeta on Web) or Zeta App to add and verify your email:


In an event of reinstall or installing the Zeta App in a new mobile device, you need to verify using R ecovery Password   to gain access to your Zeta Account.  You can opt to set a recovery password because it strengthens the security of your Zeta Account against frauds.


  • We need your bank account information  in order to transfer the remaining funds to your account.
  • Our support team will contact you within the next 48 hours to confirm the closure of your account.
  • Once you confirm, your account will be closed within 5-7 business days.


Manage

If you have enabled auto-update in your settings, your app will get updated automatically with the latest build and changes. Otherwise, Zeta pushes the update notification too. However, we recommend you to visit Google Play (Android) or  App Store (iOS) to update your Zeta App.


You cannot change the registered phone number by yourself. Contact the

Zeta Support.


  1. Open Zeta App.

  2. Tap hamburger icon ( ) and then tap Edit Your Profile.


  3. Tap on the profile picture.
  4. Take a photo or choose an existing photo from your gallery. 


You cannot remove the verified email ID as of now. Please contact the

Zeta Support.


You can restore or reinstall Zeta App with the same mobile number. If you have saved recovery password in the first instances, you have to provide it while restoring the App or reinstalling the App in another device.


  1. Open Zeta App.

  2. Tap hamburger icon ( ) and then tap Edit Your Profile.


  3. Scroll through till the end. There you will get the Log Out option.
  4. Tap Log Out.


To reset App PIN  as the default locking mechanism, disable Secure Access  by tapping on Use default device lock  again.


You can close your Zeta Account and the remaining funds from your Zeta Account will be transfered to the bank account details that you provide.
