Overview

The Zeta Spotlight Product Suite is divided into two broad categories - Gift Cards and Vouchers, and Rewards and Recognition. Gift Cards and Vouchers consist of non-reloadable gift instruments suitable for one time gifting. Organizations looking for reloadable instruments or cash incentives can opt for Rewards and Recognition. The following sections explain instruments under each category in detail.

Gift Cards and Vouchers

These are only stored-value cards and vouchers. Meaning, the cards and vouchers come with gift amounts assigned to them and more money can't be added to the same cards and vouchers. The gift instruments under Gifts Cards and Vouchers are:

• Digital Gift Cards
• Physical Gift Cards
• Brand Vouchers

Digital Gift Cards

This is a non-reloadable gift program where the amount issuance to a gift card can be made only once. The Digital Gift Card program facilitates corporates to issue the Digital Gift Cards to their employees using the Zeta corporate dashboard. Employers can access their gifts through the Spotlight home as “Digital Gift Cards” under the Gift Cards and Vouchers tab. As a solution, the gift card is issued multiple times to a single user and the card can be found in the card stack. The expenses can be done using the Zeta Super Card and can be tracked using the Zeta App.

Physical Gift Cards

The Physical Gift Card program facilitates corporates to issue non-reloadable physical gift cards to their employees using the Zeta corporate dashboard. Employers can access them through the Spotlight home as “Physical Gift Cards” under the Gift Cards and Vouchers tab. The employers can choose the design for card and email. The employees on receiving the cards can activate and use them to make the payments anywhere like a debit card. The HR does not have to keep track of the card distribution and instead can distribute them randomly. The cards are then associated with individual accounts after gift card activation is done by the employees. These cards can be used for online transactions via the Zeta App and also for offline transactions.

Brand Vouchers

The Brand Vouchers program facilitates corporates to issue Non-reloadable digital Brand Vouchers to their employees using the Zeta corporate dashboard. Employers can access them through the Spotlight home as “Brand Vouchers” under the Gift Cards and Vouchers tab. Currently, Zeta supports brands like Amazon, BookMyShow, MakeMyTrip, ShoppersStop and 30+ other big brand names. There is an advantage of special discounts on brands for employers in addition to the ease of distribution to employees across the organization. The Brand Vouchers issued can be used for both online and offline transactions. 

Rewards and Recognition

These are reloadable prepaid gift instruments. Corporates can issue the gifts multiple times to the same gift instrument. These gift instruments can be loaded up to one lakh rupees with full KYC. The Gift instruments under Rewards and Recognition are:

• Card-Based
• Cash Transfer

Card-Based 

The Card-Based program facilitates corporates to issue reloadable digital reward cards to their employees using the Zeta corporate dashboard. Rewards can be accessed by corporates through the Spotlight page as “Card-Based” under the Rewards & Recognition tab. The Employees receive the amount in a separate 

 in their Zeta App. The Card-Based program spends can be made using the Zeta SuperCard and thus can be used at all online as well as offline stores. Employees can also use these credits to buy other brand-specific vouchers from within the cloud card inside the Zeta App.

Cash Transfer

The Cash Transfer program facilitates corporates to issue cash rewards to their employees using the Zeta corporate dashboard. Rewards can be accessed by corporates through the Spotlight page as “Cash Transfer” under the Rewards & Recognition tab. Employers can transfer cash directly to the beneficiary's Cash Card. It is ideal in cases where the money to be disbursed is part of a sales incentive for the employee. There is no restriction on the usage of money in the cash transfer program. It can be used for all offline and online transactions as well as for buying gift vouchers from inside the Zeta App.If the Corporate issues grant multiple times, they will be credited in the same Cash Card. Employees can also transfer out the money to their bank accounts from the Cash Card.

Retail Gifting 

Retail Gifting is Zeta's occasion-based and brand-based gifting solution. It is designed in a way where users have the benefit of gifting without any organisation intervening in the issuing process. Using an intuitive web-based platform, users can issue digital and physical gift cards as well as brand vouchers to their colleagues, friends and family members.
